Adept Renovation and Painting specializes in interior renovations, drywall, and professional painting for residential and commercial spaces across Toronto and the GTA. Homeowners work with us for straight answers and realistic timelines; designers, realtors, and property managers work with us because we protect their reputation the same way we protect yours: clear scopes, written pricing, and communication before small issues become big ones.

A large part of our work comes from designers, realtors, and property managers who rely on us to keep their projects moving without delays. They trust us because we show up on time, communicate clearly, and handle issues quickly - so they can focus on their clients instead of chasing contractors. We also work with commercial property owners, offices, and private schools, where timing, cleanliness, and minimal disruption are critical. No surprises - these four commitments belong in writing, in your contract, before work begins.
The number in your signed contract is the number you pay. No scope creep surprises - what we quote is what you pay.
Miss your written completion date and we discount the final invoice by $500 for every week of delay. We put money behind it.
Everything we build or install is covered for 2 full years - parts and labour. Structural modifications protected for 5 years.
Before final payment, we walk through every inch together. Anything not matching the contract gets fixed immediately - at zero cost.
