Your project is delivered by experienced carpenters, finishers, and painters on our crew — coordinated with licensed electrical and plumbing partners when the scope requires it. Same team habits on every site: protected floors, tidy cuts, and daily communication.

Fixed-Price Guarantee
The number in your signed contract is the number you pay. No scope creep surprises — what we quote is what you pay.
On-Time Completion Guarantee
Miss your written completion date and we discount the final invoice by $500 for every week of delay. We put money behind it.
2-Year Workmanship + 5-Year Structural Warranty
Everything we build or install is covered for 2 full years — parts and labour. Structural modifications protected for 5 years.
Satisfaction Walk-Through
Before final payment, we walk through every inch together. Anything not matching the contract gets fixed immediately — at zero cost.
